*System Diagnosis fee may be applied towards payment of any repair or upgrade labor fee. |
**Because it is usually not possible to remove all viruses or spyware without reinstalling the operating system, our virus removal includes reinstallation of the Windows operating system as well as backup and migration of the user's existing data. In order to reinstall your operating system, we need a valid windows cd key for the system before we work on it. |

*Same day is defined as within 12 hours or during the same calandar date, whichever is later. Depending on service backlog, express service may not be available at all times.
If the emergency service target is missed, the call will be charged at the Standard Service level rate with no minimum time charge. If the Standard Service timeframe is missed, there will be no minimum time charge, and labor will be billed at $50 per hour.

*Build times are for single systems. Large orders may require additional time.
The build fee includes installation and configuration of all hardware, your operating system, device drivers, and any additional software included at the time of purchase.
Express build orders may impose additional parts costs, depending on availability.

**On site setup and orientation includes delivery and installation of your new system, including connection to an existing internet connection. Orientation entails explaining the key aspects of consideration for your particular computer, including, if applicable, the installed applications, power backup system, included peripherals and windows logon.

***All systems come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, valid if system case is not opened, and system is returned in as new condition. Adding either of the extended warranties is highly recommended.
Parts and labor warranty is valid if system case is not opened. If case is opened, only the labor warranty applies. Parts may still be under warranty by the manufacturer.
Extended warranties require purchase and use of a line conditioning battery backup power supply. Not using a line conditioning battery backup power supply limits parts warranty to 6 months.
